Delete your KeepUp player
You can delete your player, with everything the game saved about it online, at any time. It can't be undone.
In the game
- Open KeepUp and tap RANKS.
- Tap the yellow bar at the bottom that says YOUR CARD.
- Scroll to the end of your card and tap DELETE MY PLAYER, then DELETE.
If you linked a Google account, the game asks you to pick it, to show it's you. Your player is deleted straight away, and the game starts you again as a new player.
Without the game
Email info@offerit.co with the subject “Delete my KeepUp player”. Tell us your player ID (8 characters starting with P, such as P8X4K9M2; it's on your card), or your player name and the Google account you linked, if you did. We delete the player within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Parents can ask us to delete their child's player the same way.
What is deleted
- Your player name and player ID
- Your scores on the weekly and all-time leaderboards
- Your friends and friend requests
- Your sign-in, including the link to your Google account and its email address
- The phone-number link older versions of the game saved, if there is one
What is not deleted
- Coins, balls and arenas. They are saved only on your phone, never on our servers, and uninstalling the game removes them.
- The No Ads subscription. Google Play keeps it; you can cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
- Crash reports and app-use statistics. They aren't linked to your player. Google deletes crash reports after 90 days and app-use statistics after at most 14 months.
Ads in the game come from Google AdMob, which handles its own data under Google's privacy policy.

احذف لاعبك في KeepUp
يمكنك حذف لاعبك مع كل ما حفظته اللعبة عنه على الإنترنت في أي وقت. لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.
من داخل اللعبة
- افتح KeepUp واضغط الترتيب.
- اضغط الشريط الأصفر في الأسفل المكتوب عليه بطاقتك.
- انزل إلى آخر البطاقة واضغط احذف لاعبي، ثم حذف.
إذا ربطت حساب Google، تطلب منك اللعبة اختياره لتؤكد أنه أنت. يُحذف لاعبك فورًا، وتبدأ اللعبة معك من جديد بلاعب جديد.
من دون اللعبة
أرسل رسالة إلى info@offerit.co بعنوان “Delete my KeepUp player”. اكتب فيها رمز اللاعب (8 خانات تبدأ بحرف P مثل P8X4K9M2، وتجده في بطاقتك)، أو اسم لاعبك وحساب Google الذي ربطته إن وُجد. نحذف اللاعب خلال 30 يومًا ونرسل لك رسالة عند الانتهاء.
يمكن للأهل طلب حذف لاعب طفلهم بالطريقة نفسها.
ما الذي يُحذف
- اسم لاعبك ورمز اللاعب
- نتائجك في ترتيب الأسبوع والترتيب العام
- أصدقاؤك وطلبات الصداقة
- تسجيل دخولك، ومعه ربط حساب Google وعنوان بريده
- ربط رقم الهاتف الذي حفظته نسخ قديمة من اللعبة، إن وُجد
ما الذي لا يُحذف
- العملات والكرات والملاعب. تُحفظ على هاتفك فقط وليس على خوادمنا، وتُحذف عند إلغاء تثبيت اللعبة.
- اشتراك إزالة الإعلانات. يحتفظ به Google Play، ويمكنك إلغاؤه من متجر Play في «الدفعات والاشتراكات».
- تقارير الأعطال وإحصاءات الاستخدام. لا ترتبط بلاعبك، وتحذف Google تقارير الأعطال بعد 90 يومًا وإحصاءات الاستخدام خلال 14 شهرًا على الأكثر.
تأتي الإعلانات في اللعبة من Google AdMob، التي تتعامل مع بياناتها وفق سياسة خصوصية Google.
