This policy explains what the game KeepUp: Pro Football Juggler (“KeepUp”, “the game”) collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to delete it. KeepUp is published on Google Play by the developer “scanner”. Questions: info@offerit.co.
In short: you can play without giving us your name, email, phone number or age. The game makes an online player for the leaderboards by itself, with a random name. Ads, app statistics and crash reports come from Google services, described below. You can delete your player at any time.
What the game collects, and why
Your online player (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, by Google)
When the game first goes online, it signs you in without asking for anything and creates a player for the leaderboards and friends. It saves:
- a random sign-in ID and an 8-character player ID
- your player name: a random one such as Juggler4821, which you can change (please don't use your real name)
- your best score, this week's best, how long the match lasted (to stop cheating) and the ball you played with
- your friends and friend requests (player IDs and names)
Other players can see your player name, player ID, scores and ball on the leaderboards; your friends also see this week's score.
Linking a Google account (optional)
If you choose to link a Google account to keep your player after reinstalling, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with the game's sign-in service. We use it only to bring your player back. Other players never see it.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game shows a banner, an ad between some games, and, only if you choose, an ad to get an extra life. AdMob may collect device identifiers including the advertising ID, approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with ads. Where the law asks for it (for example in Europe and the UK), the game asks for consent first. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Buying No Ads turns all ads off.
App statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
The game records how it is used: app opens, playing sessions, screens, purchases, device model, Android and app version, country or region, an app-instance ID and the advertising ID. We use this to improve the game. It is kept for at most 14 months.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
If the game crashes, it sends what went wrong, the device model, Android and app version, and an installation ID. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.
Game settings (Firebase Remote Config)
The game downloads settings such as how often ads appear and which version is needed, using an installation ID.
Purchases (Google Play)
The No Ads subscription is bought and paid through Google Play. The game only learns whether it is active; we never see your payment details.
Only on your phone
Coins, balls, arenas, your best score on this phone, your settings, and any photo you pick for the photo ball or arena stay on your phone and are never uploaded. A score picture you share is made on your phone and goes only where you send it. Reminder notifications are scheduled on the phone and can be turned off.
Older versions
Versions up to 1.0.5 let players link a phone number, saved only as a one-way code (a hash), and find friends in their contacts by comparing such codes. Current versions don't do this. Deleting your player deletes a saved phone code.
Who we share it with
We use Google's services (Firebase, AdMob and Google Play) to run the game, and they process the data above for us and under their own terms. AdMob may work with other ad partners as described in Google's policies. We don't sell your personal information. Learn more: Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses data from apps, Firebase privacy.
Children
KeepUp is a game for everyone, including children. Children can play without giving us any personal details: the game never asks for a real name, email address, phone number or age. Ads, app statistics and crash reports work the same for every player. Parents can ask us to show or delete what is saved about their child's player by emailing info@offerit.co.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
Your online player is kept until you delete it. To delete it, open Ranks → YOUR CARD → DELETE MY PLAYER in the game, or follow the steps on Delete your KeepUp player. App statistics are kept for at most 14 months and crash reports for 90 days.
Security
Data goes between the game and Google's servers encrypted. Our online rules let each player change and delete only their own player.
Your choices and rights
You can change your player name in the game, delete your player, reset your advertising ID, and turn notifications off. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as seeing a copy of your data; email us and we'll help.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

باختصار: يمكنك اللعب دون أن تعطينا اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك أو عمرك. تُنشئ اللعبة بنفسها لاعبًا على الإنترنت للترتيب باسم عشوائي. الإعلانات وإحصاءات الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال تأتي من خدمات Google الموضّحة أدناه. ويمكنك حذف لاعبك في أي وقت.
ما تجمعه اللعبة ولماذا
لاعبك على الإنترنت (Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore من Google)
عندما تتصل اللعبة بالإنترنت أول مرة، تُسجّل دخولك دون أن تطلب منك شيئًا، وتُنشئ لاعبًا للترتيب والأصدقاء. وتحفظ:
- رمز دخول عشوائيًا ورمز لاعب من 8 خانات
- اسم لاعبك: اسم عشوائي مثل Juggler4821 يمكنك تغييره (من فضلك لا تستخدم اسمك الحقيقي)
- أفضل نتيجة لك، وأفضل نتيجة هذا الأسبوع، ومدة المباراة (لمنع الغش)، والكرة التي لعبت بها
- أصدقاؤك وطلبات الصداقة (رموز اللاعبين وأسماؤهم)
يرى اللاعبون الآخرون اسم لاعبك ورمزه ونتائجه وكرته في الترتيب، ويرى أصدقاؤك نتيجتك هذا الأسبوع أيضًا.
ربط حساب Google (اختياري)
إذا اخترت ربط حساب Google ليبقى لاعبك بعد إعادة التثبيت، تشارك Google اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة ملفك مع خدمة الدخول في اللعبة. نستخدمها فقط لاستعادة لاعبك، ولا يراها اللاعبون الآخرون أبدًا.
الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
تعرض اللعبة شريطًا إعلانيًا، وإعلانًا بين بعض المباريات، وإعلانًا لفرصة إضافية فقط إذا اخترته. قد يجمع AdMob معرّفات الجهاز ومنها المعرّف الإعلاني، والموقع التقريبي من عنوان IP، وتفاعلك مع الإعلانات. وحيث يطلب القانون ذلك (مثل أوروبا والمملكة المتحدة) تطلب اللعبة موافقتك أولًا. يمكنك إعادة ضبط المعرّف الإعلاني أو حذفه من إعدادات هاتفك، وشراء «إزالة الإعلانات» يوقف كل الإعلانات.
إحصاءات الاستخدام (Google Analytics for Firebase)
تسجّل اللعبة طريقة استخدامها: فتح التطبيق، وجلسات اللعب، والشاشات، والمشتريات، وطراز الجهاز، وإصدار أندرويد واللعبة، والبلد أو المنطقة، ومعرّف نسخة التطبيق، والمعرّف الإعلاني. نستخدم ذلك لتحسين اللعبة، وتُحفظ 14 شهرًا على الأكثر.
تقارير الأعطال (Firebase Crashlytics)
إذا توقفت اللعبة فجأة، ترسل سبب العطل وطراز الجهاز وإصدار أندرويد واللعبة ومعرّف التثبيت. تُحفظ تقارير الأعطال 90 يومًا.
إعدادات اللعبة (Firebase Remote Config)
تنزّل اللعبة إعدادات مثل عدد مرات ظهور الإعلانات والإصدار المطلوب، باستخدام معرّف التثبيت.
المشتريات (Google Play)
يُشترى اشتراك «إزالة الإعلانات» ويُدفع عبر Google Play. تعرف اللعبة فقط إن كان الاشتراك فعّالًا، ولا نرى بيانات الدفع أبدًا.
على هاتفك فقط
العملات والكرات والملاعب وأفضل نتيجة على هذا الهاتف وإعداداتك، وأي صورة تختارها لكرة الصورة أو ملعب الصورة، تبقى على هاتفك ولا تُرفع أبدًا. صورة النتيجة التي تشاركها تُصنع على هاتفك وتذهب فقط إلى حيث ترسلها. التذكيرات تُجدوَل على الهاتف ويمكنك إيقافها.
الإصدارات القديمة
كانت الإصدارات حتى 1.0.5 تتيح ربط رقم هاتف يُحفظ فقط كرمز لا يمكن عكسه (تجزئة)، والبحث عن أصدقاء في جهات الاتصال بمقارنة هذه الرموز. الإصدارات الحالية لا تفعل ذلك، وحذف لاعبك يحذف رمز الهاتف المحفوظ.
مع من نشاركها
نستخدم خدمات Google (Firebase وAdMob وGoogle Play) لتشغيل اللعبة، وهي تعالج البيانات أعلاه لنا ووفق شروطها. وقد يعمل AdMob مع شركاء إعلانات آخرين كما توضّح سياسات Google. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. للمزيد: سياسة خصوصية Google، كيف تستخدم Google بيانات التطبيقات، خصوصية Firebase.
الأطفال
KeepUp لعبة للجميع، ومنهم الأطفال. يمكن للأطفال اللعب دون إعطائنا أي بيانات شخصية: اللعبة لا تطلب أبدًا اسمًا حقيقيًا أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا أو رقم هاتف أو العمر. الإعلانات وإحصاءات الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال تعمل بالطريقة نفسها لكل اللاعبين. يمكن للأهل أن يطلبوا منا عرض ما حُفظ عن لاعب طفلهم أو حذفه عبر info@offerit.co.
مدة الحفظ والحذف
يبقى لاعبك على الإنترنت حتى تحذفه. لحذفه افتح في اللعبة الترتيب ← بطاقتك ← احذف لاعبي، أو اتّبع الخطوات في صفحة احذف لاعبك. تُحفظ إحصاءات الاستخدام 14 شهرًا على الأكثر، وتقارير الأعطال 90 يومًا.
الأمان
تنتقل البيانات بين اللعبة وخوادم Google مشفّرة، وقواعدنا على الإنترنت تسمح لكل لاعب بتغيير لاعبه وحذفه فقط.
خياراتك وحقوقك
يمكنك تغيير اسم لاعبك في اللعبة، وحذف لاعبك، وإعادة ضبط المعرّف الإعلاني، وإيقاف التذكيرات. وبحسب مكان إقامتك قد تكون لك حقوق أخرى، مثل الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك؛ راسلنا وسنساعدك.
